La caratteristica principale delle macchine installate in questa sezione \u00e8 quella di dare forma ai pellet partendo da 2 sfoglie che vengono accoppiate in varie forme. Una volta che il pellet 3D espande, tende a modificare la sua struttura dando origine ad una forma tridimensionale.<\/p><p>Le macchine sono disegnate per accogliere sfoglie prodotte con tutti i tipi di materie prime come <strong>cereali<\/strong>, <strong>patate<\/strong>, <strong>legumi<\/strong>, ecc\u2026. Il gruppo completo \u00e8 costituito da una <strong>coppia di nastri<\/strong> per convogliare la coppia di sfoglie nella fase di <strong>laminazione e incisione della sfoglia<\/strong> in funzione della forma voluta. disegnati in funzione del tipo di prodotto che si vuole ottenere, comandati da inverter.<\/p><p>Macchina di formatura dei Pellet 3D completa di rulli di alimentazione e formatura del pellet desiderato. La sfoglia residua viene successivamente sbattuta per aiutare l\u2019eventuale distacco di prodotto buono e viene infine raccolta in una <strong>taglierina integrata nella macchina<\/strong> per essere triturata e convogliata nuovamente nella vasca impastatrice.<\/p><p>Il prodotto finito viene raccolto da un nastro e convogliato per mezzo di trasporto pneumatico verso le successive fasi di essiccazione.<\/p><p>Viene inoltre previsto un sistema \u201cstrappa coni\u201d addizionale nel caso il cliente richieda la specifica produzione di coni 3D.<\/p><p>Macchina dotata di robusta struttura su ruote, completa di inverter per la movimentazione dei rulli di formatura per un corretto trattamento delle prodotto.
